Full wet-area builds from the substrate up. Waterproofing goes in before a single tile does, because that is the part you cannot fix later.
Subway, zellige, mosaic, slab-look porcelain. Outlets cut clean, edges finished properly, and the counter left exactly as we found it.
Porcelain planks, 24x48 and larger panels. Floors get flattened to spec first — large format shows every dip in a subfloor.
Electric in-floor heat installed under your tile, wired by a licensed electrician and tested before and after the mortar goes down.

Membranes, corners, drains and pans go in and get flood-tested before anything covers them up.
Layout dry-run first so cuts land where they should. Full mortar coverage, levelling clips on large format, and no hollow spots.
Grout, silicone the movement joints, seal what needs sealing, clean up, and walk the job with you before we leave.
Anyone can make a wall look good on handover day. Whether it still looks good in year five comes down to what went on underneath — the membrane, the mortar coverage, the movement joints and the slope.
We work to the tile industry standards for flatness, coverage and waterproofing rather than to whatever is fastest. If a subfloor needs levelling before your 24x48 porcelain goes down, we will tell you at the quote stage instead of discovering it halfway through.
And if something is not right, we come back. That is what the warranty is for.

Labour is priced per square foot and moves with the tile size, the layout pattern and how much prep the space needs. A straight-set 12x24 porcelain floor sits at the low end; a herringbone marble shower with a curbless pan sits at the high end. We give you a fixed written price after seeing the space, so the number you approve is the number you pay.
Either way works. Most clients pick their own tile and we install it — we will tell you exactly how much to order, including the overage a pattern needs. If you would rather not shop, we can source it for you and walk you through options that suit the room and the budget.
A kitchen backsplash is usually one to two days. A standard bathroom runs three to five days including waterproofing and cure time. Full floors depend on square footage and prep. You get a day-by-day schedule before we start, and we tell you the moment anything changes.
Yes. We carry liability insurance and WSIB coverage, and we can send you the certificates before work begins. Condo and building management offices usually ask for them, and we are used to filing that paperwork.
Regularly. We work inside elevator bookings, permitted work hours and noise rules, protect common areas on the way in and out, and handle the sound-attenuation requirements most Toronto buildings put on floor tile.

Our installation work is warrantied for two years. Manufacturer warranties on membranes and setting materials are longer and we register them where they apply. If something moves that should not have, we come back and put it right.
